You may not have an office, or even your own desk … but that doesn’t mean you can’t work in style at the local coffee shop! So, I put together this set for a traveling friend.
To give her laptop a little protection, I made a lightly-padded sleeve. It’s custom fitted to her computer, and her style … she’s “all-about-the-prints” and loves purple. (Another great fabric find at the Fabric Place Basement.)
And why put your cup or croissant directly on that not-so-clean table? So, I made a couple generously sized coasters. To keep her fingers safe for scoring those elusive triple word points typing, I made a cup cozy … so much nicer than those cardboard ones. Oh, and, I added a little tissue cover for emergency sneezes.
And, yeah, it works at the kitchen table too …
